Tainesha Jackson
Supportive Housing Assistant Manager
Tainesha Jackson has worked in the human service/Mental health field for the past 17 years, working with both adults and adolescents. Tainesha started her career at The Kennedy Center as a Direct Support Professional in their residential group home setting; expanding her experience by working in one of The Kennedy Center’s Day program as a job coach, then moving into the assistant manager role, to running the day program as the Day Program Manager. Tainesha has expanded her role and worked at another agency as the Residential Manager. Tainesha started with Mid State Arc in December 2023 as the assistant manager of Community Integration program. Tainesha’s passion is to advocate for the rights of individuals with disabilities to the best of her ability and help every individual increase their level of independence and thrive to the best of their ability.
