Supportive Housing Manager
Kayann brings 14 years of experience to MidState Arc Inc. She began her
journey as a Direct Support Professional in a residential setting and was then promoted to Assistant Program Manager at a Residential home. Her years of experience in supporting people with IDD led her to her latest promotion to Program Manager. She now oversees the Cluster Housing Program where she assists people with IDD with strengthening their independent living skills with the use of Assistive Technology devices. She also promotes and encourages healthy lifestyle choices and provides support as needed.
