Alexis Jordan

Alexis has worked in the human service field for the past 5 years working with both adolescents and adults. She began her career at Midstate Arc starting as a temporary Direct Support Professional in 2019; then officially coming on board permanently in 2020. Alexis then swiftly expanded her experience within the company as she moved into a management role for the Community Integration program in 2022. Prior to working at the Arc, Alexis achieved her degree in Criminal Justice in which she now uses her knowledge to fight and advocate for the rights of people with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help each individual increase their level of independence and thrive to the best of their ability. And it is Alexis’s personal mission to not stop until she helps them get there.
